I think positively with a good presence of mind having good technical, managerial, and organizational abilities. I can achieve any goals given to me within the timeline. My work area has been as a Business Analyst in the insurance domains of Health Insurance, Morter Insurance & Agriculture Insurance. As a BA I have gathered requirements, Solutions to the whole process to technical requirements, and finally coordinated the complete delivery process. Have managed a team of 30+ Testers and BA. I have worked for a big European Car Manufacturer as a Business Analyst and helped them to improve their existing process and also bring in new business ideas for a smooth customer experience. As a BA I am involved in various stakeholders meeting and then finally document the end-to-end requirement document. I am also involved in Change Management, Problem management, and Incident management process. Use of Jira is in my day-to-day routine. The major customers with whom I have worked are:- 1. Australian Gas and Lighting - AGL. after working for 10 years in IT now I have joined Government College as Lecturer to impart the knowledge and make the students aware what is really required in the industry. Teaching was my passion and hence would love it but would also be ready to return to industry in case there is exceptional and challenging work profile.
